If who you are and what you're experiencing don't seem to match, there is very likely something blocking you.
You are not blocked because something is wrong with you.
You are blocked because something inside you is still trying to protect you from dangers that no longer exist.
I call this protective mechanism a survival process.
Every survival process was created for a reason. At some point, it helped you survive. But when it remains active long after the original danger has passed, it makes you surviving instead of thriving. And it quietly shapes the way you think, feel, behave, and experience the world.
In other words, your life is organised around active survival processes. If you want to change it, a survival process needs to be brought to an end.
I do this organically through Un-Circling™.
Every time a survival process comes to an end, it's as if your nervous system rewrites itself a little. The way you naturally think, feel, and respond begins to change.
The changes are different for everyone because every survival process is related to specific emotions, beliefs, habits, behaviours, and sometimes even physical symptoms.
