Refund policy

Overview

The Un-Circling™ package costs £630 and includes:

• Identification Session (£150)

• Un-Circling™ Session (£330)

• Next Chapter Session (£150)

• the written guide

By purchasing the Un-Circling™ package, you agree to the refund terms below. They match the Un-Circling™ Client Agreement, which you receive before your first session.

Before the Identification Session

If you cancel before the Identification Session takes place, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

After the Identification Session

The Identification Session is designed to determine whether Un-Circling™ is the appropriate approach for you.

If, following the Identification Session, either of us decides not to continue, the unused portion of your payment will be refunded. This is the package fee less the £150 Identification Session, which is £480.

Once the Un-Circling™ Session Has Begun

Once the Un-Circling™ Session has begun, refunds are not available, except in the situation described below.

If you choose to stop mid-session. You are always free to stop the Un-Circling™ process before it reaches completion. I do not recommend it, because in my experience it leaves the original issue unresolved, but it is your decision. If you choose to stop, I will help you leave the process safely and stay with you until you feel settled, and I will refund half of the remaining £480 (£240).

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. I will only begin sessions within that period if you expressly ask me to. If you then cancel after sessions have begun, you will pay for the services provided up to that point, and the rest will be refunded.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling and late cancellation of individual sessions are covered by the Un-Circling™

Cancellation Policy. In short, sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours'notice by email (London time). A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered completed, and a session missed without notice will be considered completed.

Sessions Offered Free of Charge

If I have offered you sessions free of charge, this Refund Policy does not apply to you.

Exceptional Circumstances

Illness, a family emergency or another significant unforeseen event will always be considered individually and with compassion. Please contact me as soon as possible.

How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of the decision to refund.
