1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Alica Slovak NAMAERA ("Alica Slovak", "I", "me", or "my").
By applying for, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Alica Slovak provides trauma-informed coaching and educational services designed to support personal development, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
Services may include:
- Identification Sessions
- Un-Circling™ Containers
- Educational materials and resources
- Online coaching sessions
The exact structure and duration of services may vary.
3. Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
By applying for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Application and Acceptance
Participation in services is by application.
Submitting a Connection Form does not guarantee acceptance.
Alica Slovak reserves the right to accept or decline any application at her sole discretion.
Acceptance occurs only after the applicant has been informed that they are a suitable fit and has completed the requested payment.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before the agreed service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed through Shopify or other approved payment providers.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
6. Refund Policy
The total fee for the Un-Circling™ Container includes:
- Identification Session (£130)
- Un-Circling™ Process (£500)
Before the Identification Session
If a client cancels before the Identification Session takes place, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
After the Identification Session
The Identification Session is a standalone professional service valued at £130.
Once the Identification Session has been delivered, the £130 fee becomes non-refundable.
Following the Identification Session, either party may determine that the Un-Circling™ Process is not an appropriate next step.
In such cases, £500 will be refunded and £130 will be retained to cover the completed Identification Session.
Once the Un-Circling™ Process Has Begun
Once the Un-Circling™ Process has begun, refunds are not available.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychological treatment, medical treatment, or healthcare.
Services are intended for personal development, self-exploration, and educational purposes only.
No diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any mental or physical health condition is offered or implied.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and outcomes.
8. Mental Health and Suitability
Services are not suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions that require medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, psychosis, or any condition requiring professional medical care, you should seek appropriate professional support.
Alica Slovak reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services where she believes they are not appropriate for the client.
9. Pregnancy
Un-Circling™ is not intended for individuals who are currently pregnant.
Due to the potentially intensive emotional nature of the process, services will not be provided during pregnancy.
Individuals who are pregnant are welcome to apply after pregnancy and recovery.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is different.
While services are designed to support meaningful personal change, no specific outcomes, results, or transformations can be guaranteed.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential unless:
- disclosure is required by law,
- there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others,
- the client gives explicit permission to share information.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, written content, exercises, and resources provided by Alica Slovak remain her intellectual property.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Un-Circling™ is a proprietary coaching framework developed by Alica Slovak.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alica Slovak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, financial, or business losses arising from participation in the services.
The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
