Un-Circling™

You are not blocked because something is wrong with you.

What you experience as a blockage is often the visible expression of an invisible survival process that is still protecting you from dangers that no longer exist.

Because these survival processes are outdated, they can now come to a natural completion, allowing you to move forward.

Each survival process influences your behaviour, actions, internal dialogue, decision-making, emotional reactions, nervous system, and may even manifest as physical symptoms. You experience these effects as limitations or problems.

However, this process was never created to harm you.

Your system created it long ago to keep you safe.

How Survival Processes Are Created

The primary function of your brain and nervous system is simple: to keep you safe and ensure your survival.

In early childhood, your survival depends entirely on your primary caregivers. Your system knows that without their acceptance, your survival could be at risk. That is why it does everything possible to gain acceptance and avoid rejection.

How?

By observing them very carefully.

Imagine that your mother consistently reacts negatively whenever you express what you want. Your system notices that expressing your desires leads to rejection.

Rejection = danger.

To protect you, it begins creating an internal process that gradually stops you from expressing your desires altogether.

This process develops layer by layer, each time your desire is met with a negative response.

The first layer might be confusion.

"Why is my mother upset by what I want?"

You may try to explain yourself or make her understand.

The second layer might be fear and tears after being punished for expressing yourself.

The third layer might be deep sadness that you learn to suppress because you don't want to upset your mother again.

And so the process continues. Layer after layer, an aspect of you develops that no longer wants anything at all.

Eventually, you may even become proud of having no desires.

How It Shows Up In Adult Life

Years later, this process is still active.

Someone asks you what you want, and you genuinely don't know.

You may not even realise that having desires is possible.

You might feel uncomfortable around people who freely express what they want.

You may even believe that wanting nothing is somehow more virtuous or more spiritual.

The survival process uses every tool available to keep you in that familiar "safe" state:

  • beliefs
  • internal dialogue
  • habits
  • emotions
  • behaviours
  • and even physical symptoms.

Why It Blocks Your Progress

When you are disconnected from your genuine desires, you move through life without a natural drive to expand.

You may be highly successful in your profession yet still feel deeply unfulfilled.

You may wonder what your purpose is, why achieving your goals requires so much effort or why you never feel completely satisfied.

You are very likely pursuing achievements that are not aligned with your true self.

When An Outdated Survival Process Ends

Returning to our example:

Once the internal process that made you disconnect from your desires naturally completes, something begins to change.

You notice yourself wanting things again. Small things at first. Then bigger ones.

You discover that expressing your wishes does not necessarily lead to rejection. In fact, it can strengthen relationships and create opportunities for everyone involved.

You begin dreaming again. You start making different decisions. You feel more connected to your purpose.

Progress in that area of your life is no longer blocked.

The same principle applies to every outdated survival process.

Once your system fully understands that a process created for survival in the past is no longer necessary for survival in the present, it can complete organically.

You end the process not against yourself, but for yourself.

What Un-Circling™ Does

Un-Circling™ helps outdated survival processes come to a natural completion.

Imagine every survival process as a circle surrounding a younger version of yourself that became stuck in the past with an unresolved emotion or an authentic expression that was rejected by someone important.

During Un-Circling™, you gradually reconnect with that younger part and help them complete what they could not complete on their own.

At the same time, you dissolve each layer of the protective circle surrounding that younger part of you, allowing the energy that created and maintained that circle to return to you.

As a result, you naturally stop being controlled by a survival process that has long since stopped serving you.
